K•verse operates differently from other shops, here's what's different:

This is a buy to order online shop, which means that no physical stock is held locally but instead I only supply what customers order directly from my suppliers in Korea and Japan.

There is no set day of the week for me to place your order with my suppliers but generally waiting times for released and in-stock items can vary between 10 to 15 working days once the order is placed from my end. There might be times when released items will be included in batches containing preorders, this can cause the waiting time to be slightly longer.

My order includes pre-order items

If your order includes pre-order items, I will dispatch them once all articles are available. Please think of separating your purchases to reduce waiting time.

POBs and posters

Posters will be sent folded. Preorder benefits will be included only if stated on the product page and if available after the release date of the item. Note: POBs such as photocards and posters are FREE GIFTS which means that they have no monetary value therefore they won't be replaced or refunded.

I ship your orders with Royal Mail, following you can find postage options and prices:

Small parcel 100g to 2 Kg - Tracked 48h £4,00

Medium parcel 2,1 Kg to 10Kg - 2nd Class £7,00

 The tracking code will be included in your shipping notification e-mail.
