K•verse operates differently from other shops, here's what's different :
This is a buy-to-order online shop, which means that no physical stock is held on our premises but instead we order as requested by you. This does lead to waiting times that span around 2 weeks minimum to reach the UK so please be aware of this fact before ordering.
--Placing an order on our site does not guarantee that your order will be fufilled and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at our discretion.--
Our order process proceeds as follows :
A purchase on our site is seen as a creation of a contract between you and us where the following steps take place in an E-commerce enviroment.
- You submit your order on our website by pressing the 'checkout' button at the end of the check-out process.
- You will receive an order confirmation email detailing the product you have requested us to supply. This is not classed as an order acceptance.
- We then will place a bulk order containing several other items for other customers as well as yours with our suppliers in Korea and Japan. This however is still not to be considered an order acceptance.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us occurs when the order is dispatched via Royal Mail by us unless you have been notified that we cannot fulfill your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and refunds policy.
- Once dispatched by us, you will receive by email a tracking number.

The most infomation we will ACTIVELY provide is an order cancellation in the unfortunate case we are not able to provide our service. No further communication will occur during the order processing period however you will receive a fullfilment e-mail containing a Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched by us to you via Royal Mail.
On average it takes 20 working days for your order to reach our packing centre before being shipped via Royal Mail to your address.

By placing an order on our site, you agree to the following policy :
- We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time
- We hold all previous order infomation which may be removed from customer account pages
- If your order reaches us from our supplier in a state that we do not deem to our quality standards, we will inform you of such incident and work to resolve the issue. This can however lead to cancellation/delays of your order if more product is not in stock and we apologise for the inconvience.
- Any damages to occur to your order, where your order is in Royal Mail possesion, we are NOT liable for and are not required to provide a refund because of this reason. (3-4 layers of bubble wrap are often used when packing an order, so damages are unlikely after they leave our possesion but can still occur as with anything shipped).
- In the unlikely event that additional postage is required due to a dimensions issue with the parcel given to Royal Mail, please provide proof of the issue and the amount that it has came to and we will refund the difference between the shipping you paid for and the amount it should have been as this was an error on our end.
- Placing an order on our site does not guarantee that your order will be fufilled and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to not respond to support emails involving topics that have already been covered on this page or else where on the website. In these cases you may receive an automated response redirecting you to the related page. This includes :
- Asking if an order that is stated as "Out of Stock" is in stock.
- Asking for tracking infomation before we have provided Royal Mail tracking infomation. If there is a delay/cancellation you will be informed
- If a product is new/sealed
- Asking for specific versions of products stated as random on their product page
- Asking about the order process and waiting times for products
This is due to the fact that we receive a high volume of support emails that are answered by topics covered on the site already.
We reserve the right to change or remove this website or part thereof ; either on a permenant or temporary basis without prior notice to you.
We also reseverve the right to alter the conditions of use as necessary.
It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to the terms of using the website then you must immediately stop using the website.
K-verse is not liable for you or any third party for claims arising as a result of any change or removal of the website or part thereof ; or as a change to the conditions of use.

Product infomation :
All items shown on our website are official, genuine, brand new and straight from our suppliers in Korea/Japan. They contain all that is pictured. Please note in the unlikely case of missing inclusions in a sealed product we are not to be held responsible as that is a manufacturer error.
If your order includes preorder items :
If your order includes preorder items, we will dispatch them once all articles are available. Please think of separating your purchases to reduce waiting time.
Preorder Bonuses (POB) and posters :
Posters will be sent folded. Preorder benefits will be included only if stated on the product page and if available after the release date of the item. Note: POBs such as photocards and posters are FREE GIFTS which means that they have no monetary value therefore they won't be replaced or refunded.

Small parcel 100g to 2 Kg - Tracked 48h £4,00
Medium parcel 2,1 Kg to 10Kg - 2nd Class £7,00
