Returns & Refunds

Order cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order please make sure to inform us by providing your name and order number within 3 days from the date your order was placed. A full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request occurs when the order has already been placed with our supplier, while the order is on the way or when it has already arrived to us a refund request will NOT be accepted as this will cause us a loss, please only place your order if you're 100% committed.

We retain the right to cancel and refund your order (or part of it) if the item(s) becomes unavailable with our suppliers when we are placing the order with them.

Return and order exchange

We accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving and only if the item(s) is still in factory sealed conditions, however the customer is responsible for paying the return postage fee. Once the item(s) get to us and the inspection is successful, a full refund will be issued. (This will not include return postage fees). Returns will be refunded to the original payment method (Not including the return shipping fees). 

The customer however, will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges being sent to us, unless you received the incorrect order.

Defective item(s)

We cannot accept returns due to mistakes inside the album such as misprinted pages, typos or missing inclusions such as photocards. These are factory errors caused by the manufacturer and since all of the albums are brand new and sealed, we cannot prevent this from occurring. Same policy applies to lightsticks and such.
